Eric Sardinas (born 1970) is an American blues-rock guitarist born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is noted for his use of the electric resonator guitar and his live performances. He sometimes sets his guitar alight on stage and during shows. In 2000 in Sydney, Sardinas suffered third degree burns to his left wrist.

Mr. Bertacci began his musical career as an operatic bass-baritone. Even before finishing conservatory, he made his professional debut in Verdi’s Rigoletto with famed American baritone Robert Merrill. It was during this time that Mr. Bertacci formed his technical foundation through his first teacher Madame Maresca, a celebrated soprano who sang at Teatro La Scala with such great singers as Mario DelMonaco, but also whose musical heritage came from studying with the great coach and conductor Tullio Serafin. Under her tutelage Bertacci was exposed to the same training and insights of the great Italian operatic composers such as Bellini, Donizetti, Verdi and Puccini. It was at this point Bertacci decided he not only wanted to sing, but to teach and carry forth the technical and histrionic traditions of these great musicians.
