ADVERTISEMENTS – EUR 300 SeeMe Guide is the most important source of information for all participants during the convention. The guide contains complete overviews of the programme of both the conference and the festival, descriptions of all seminar topics and useful information for a pleasant stay in Sofia. It is also a reference book that’s used throughout the year, as it contains an alphabetical list of delegates with complete contact details of all participants. This means your advertisement in the SeeMe guide will be seen the whole year. Each of the national and international music industry professionals, attending SeeMe receives a copy of the guide. An advertisement (full colour or b/w) in SeeMe Guide costs EUR 300. Deliver as PDF, EPS or TIFF file. GOODY BAG INSERTS – EUR 350 Each SeeMe participant receives a Goody Bag with useful items. You can have your company’s promotional material or product inserted in the Goody Bags for EUR 300. Depending on size and colours the prices vary between EUR 2, 500 and EUR 4, 000, depending on the position BADGE/LANYARDS – EUR 2 000 All SeeMe participants, crew members, etc. wear a badge that gives them access to the convention. You can be the exclusive sponsor of this badge. This strip advertisement on the front and backside of the badge costs EUR 2 000. You can become the exclusive sponsor of the lanyards the participant badges are attached to. Sponsoring the badge or the lanyards means all participants will be wearing your company name or logo during the three days of SeeMe. YOUR ADVERTISEMENT ON THE SEMINAR TIME SCHEDULE OR THE DAILY FESTIVAL TIME SCHEDULES – EUR 1 000 SPONSORING A PANEL – EUR 2 500 During SeeMe around 20 panel discussions, lectures and other meetings are held. Within certain restrictions, you can sponsor a hall or auditorium during the conference. Depending on your exact wishes, sponsoring a hall costs approximately EUR 2500. YOUR BANNER ON THE FRONT OF THE CONFERENCE AREA – EUR 1 000 For exposure on location you can have a huge banner put above in front of the venue. The price of one banner (size 0, 80 X 2, 00 meters) including production costs is EUR 1000.
